Hopia Like it is established in 1999 by Gerry, Anette, Susan, John & James who are all family. They are known to be the purveyor of pastry goods. They believe in quality, not quantity, & only use the freshest imported ingredients. Every pastry chef has been cooking since they were kids as part of family tradition & is led by John who took culinary arts in Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena by a master chef.
